The Julien

Located in the cool, hip, and historic Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte and on the pedestrian overlay district, The Julien is new to the community, built in 2016; it includes 105 multi-family, for-rent apartments on 1.25 acres.

The Julien’s amenity design has all the elements of a pool – without the pool. Built on top of the parking lot, it was consciously designed with outdoor amenity space for residents which includes water features, a courtyard area, as well as grilling and entertainment features perfect for Millennial residents.
