Riley has over six years of experience in civil engineering, providing comprehensive engineering design and project management services from conceptual planning through construction administration for infrastructure projects throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities. His experience includes site planning and grading for residential and commercial developments to include the design of water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems for both municipal and private clients. He has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, constructible solutions that support the integrated approach to development.
His favorite part about being a civil designer is collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn conceptual ideas into buildable, real-world projects. He enjoys solving complex design challenges, coordinating with stakeholders, and seeing projects progress from early planning through construction.
Outside of ODG, Riley enjoys spending time with his family, He recently started his own family, and much of his time is focusing on this new chapter.
