Concord Airport Business Park Phase 1

This was the first new construction project in the Charlotte area for the New Jersey-based Silverman Group. This site was reimagined and revitalized post-Recession, preserving and relocating the existing infrastructure to develop into a new warehouse building. Today, Amazon is a major tenant in this warehouse space.
