Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) bought an existing building located close to Charlotte-Douglas Airport and completed a full site renovation to convert the previously multi-tenant building into one. The site renovation also included fresh landscape and outdoor seating elements. Since completion, SEL has built a training facility adjacent to this location. There are plans for a second building in the future.
